• He has over 15 years experience in Human Resources and marketing in the country a broad education which includes postgraduate Degree in business administration and computers. He has a cross- functional expertise having worked in Recruitment, HR, marketing and corporate planning.

  In all his assignments he has built strong well-knit teams. He has worked with Aptech the IT giant in training and consultancy in their corporate division marketing ISO 9000, Quality Management and B.P.R consultancy services. He has always been a highly motivated individual with a healthy foresight, entrepreneurial spirit and determination.

  He has also by virtue of his profession mastered the subject of Body Language and face reading. He now heads Career Placements for the past eleven years. His current clientele include various companies from the engineering, electronics, information technology, manufacturing, consultancy, advertising, FMC's, banking, insurance and retail industries.

• She has over 10 years experience in Heading a recruitment team. She has successfully handled mutli national clients with very high recruitment targets. Prime focus Industries have been the Information Technology, Engineering, Banking, Insurance and FMCG industries. With a  Master's in Computer Management under her belt she has been a  key in the setting up the IT infrastructure of Career Placements. She is also well conversent with all internet based recruitment processes and has also mastered the use of many technical softwares which are used in the business of recruitment consultants.



• As a Head recruitment for the company she mainly deals with the final level screening in the middle and senior level candidates and is incharge of client interactions and need analysis. In her experience which now spreads over a decade in the recruitment industry she is a force to recon with and well know in her circle and clients groups.


• She is responsible for all team targets, recruitment, training of new recruits within Career Placements. She has placed scores of candidates and has successfully achieved all her targets consistently.
