What Support we provide you..?

We will support your business and help you grow it ..

• Start up training and full technical and operational support.
• Recruiting the team at a later stage whenever required.
• Making Manpower policies.
• Share clients across the country with regards to your territory as and when we deem fit.
• Operational processes (Reporting formats, database management, requirement management, incentives etc.)
• Continuous interaction and guidance on all aspects of running the business including business development, delivery, finance, manpower issues etc.
• Share the online database of the company  
• Ongoing Business Development guidance and support Continuous guidance on sourcing against typical requirements (Sourcing methods, target companies, etc.)

The perfect franchisee meeting our requirements would be:

• Having the capacity to make an Investment of minimum of Rs 60,000 per year in the form of pdc's.
• Shold have his own mobile phone, a computer with internet connection.
• Self-motivated and having a dynamic personality
• Team player, good communicator and self-disciplined with acumen for setting up efficient systems
• Able to invest 7 to 9 hours on a daily basis
• Passionate about doing something useful and getting recognition in the community
• Preferably with a Sales or HR background and experience We require entrepreneurs with zest to run a new business, in all States. Educational Qualification, Work Experience and Local Contacts would act as an added advantage for a prospective new franchise.
• The prospective franchisee should be mentally inclined to do a business of 25 lacs & should be passionate about customer service.

Commercials

Agreement Term: 1 years.    
Investment Required: Depends on the kind of business proposition, country, state and so on. Any franchise would cost a Rs.60,000per annum plus taxes

Total investment per month         8250

Average billing amount per transaction 10,000. Any billing above this amount is your direct profit.

What Career Placements will expect from You?
• Non refundable Franchise fee is payable annually every year in advance i.e. 5000*12 = 60000 + plus taxes. Revenue will be shared at a ratio of 70:30; 70% being your share.
